About this position
We're looking for a Content Producer to bring strategic content visions to life through polished, platform-native creative for our clients. Reporting to the Senior Social Content Manager within our Services team, you'll partner closely with Social Media Managers and creative teams across Later Social to capture, produce, and edit content that performs across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
What you'll be doing
Creative Ideation and Development
- Contribute fresh, social-first content ideas inspired by platform trends, creator behavior, and emerging formats.
- Partner with the Senior Social Content Manager and Social Media Managers to develop creative concepts that align with campaign objectives and brand strategy.
- Brainstorm new content series, recurring formats, and creative executions that keep client channels feeling fresh.
Content Production
- Execute social-first content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Translate creative briefs into compelling visual content that aligns with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Capture photo and video content for planned campaigns, content days, events, and reactive opportunities.
- Collaborate with Social Media Managers, Community Managers, creators, contractors, and production partners throughout the production process.
Video Editing and Post-Production
- Own post-production from raw footage through final delivery.
- Edit short-form video with a strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and platform-native best practices.
- Create polished edits using motion graphics, text animation, captions, transitions, sound design, and layered effects when appropriate.
- Manage feedback rounds and revisions while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
What you bring
- 2-4 years of experience in content production, video production, or social content creation, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Experience shooting photo and video content using iPhone, DSLR, or mirrorless cameras.
- Advanced experience editing short-form content using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Experience creating motion graphics, text animation, and polished social-first edits.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and evolving social platform best practices.
- Agency or production experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation: $80,000-$95,000/year.
