Now I'm launching a stealth knowledge product built on 16 years of SEO and AI search expertise.
I need a content operator.
Not a marketing manager. Not a strategist. A producer.
Someone who takes my raw material (Loom recordings, call transcripts, notes, slide decks, team meetings) and turns it into first-draft:
- Platform-exclusive notes
- Newsletter segments
- Social posts
- YouTube Shorts
- Podcast clips
- Promotional assets for conferences and speaking gigs
The role is 30 hours/week, remote (EST required).
$30/hr base + concrete performance bonuses tied to measurable outcomes: subscriber growth, SaaS signups, coaching cohort sales, and event ticket sales. Bonuses are structured so that a strong operator who hits targets will earn up to 50% on top of base.
What I need from you:
- High proficiency with Claude (Projects, Skills, writing styles, MCP servers). Non-negotiable.
- Vibe coding ability. You prompt your way to working landing pages, tools, and automations.
- Strong short-form video editing.
- Strong writing ability.
- Proof of work online. No portfolio or visible output = no interview.
Within 3 months you're running the content engine behind a first-of-its kind knowledge product, two newsletters, LinkedIn, YouTube, a coaching program, and a conference.

I’m launching a new, first-of-its-kind platform that turns everything I know into an interactive product. You will be at the center of that launch and everything that follows.
You can use your preferred tool stack, but at our core, we leverage Claude + Notion heavily, but when it comes to video editing, post management, podcast production, etc. you will have freedom to choose your own stack.
