About the role

CoVet is an AI-powered clinical co-pilot built by veterinary professionals, for veterinary professionals. We help clinics reduce administrative burden, improve communication, and reclaim time for patient care. As we expand internationally, content plays a critical role in how we educate markets, build trust, support sales, and strengthen our position with veterinary professionals, partners, and media.

What you'll do

  • We are hiring a Content Marketing Manager, Europe to help accelerate growth across key European markets, with a primary focus on German-speaking regions and secondary focus across the Nordics and select adjacent markets. This is a strategic, hands-on role for a multilingual content marketer who can combine strong writing and localization skills with commercial awareness, media relationship-building, and a sharp understanding of SEO-driven growth.
  • You will be responsible for creating and localizing high-quality content that supports market expansion, demand generation, partner activity, and brand credibility. You will work across a wide range of formats, from SEO content and comparison pages to case studies, webinars, presentations, PR materials, and media opportunities. You will also help support affiliate, influencer, and media relationships in your markets, while working closely with internal teams across sales, enterprise, partnerships, support, and product-adjacent functions.
  • This role is ideal for someone who has done a bit of everything across content: editorial, SEO, campaigns, distribution, localization, and relationship-led content development. Video production experience is a strong asset, as is familiarity with social content, but this role is primarily for a commercially minded content marketer with strong execution ability.
  • You will own and support content strategy and production for priority European markets.
  • You will create and adapt content across multiple formats, including:
    • SEO-driven website content
    • blog and educational content
    • comparison and solution pages
    • journal-style and thought leadership articles
    • customer stories and case studies
    • webinar and podcast support materials
    • presentation content for events, partnerships, and sales enablement
    • PR and media-facing content
    • social and campaign support content
    • localized in-app messaging, notifications, and email support where needed
  • You will work closely with regional sales and business development teams to ensure content supports pipeline development, market education, and local credibility.
  • You will help identify and build relationships with relevant media, affiliate, influencer, PR, and distribution partners in your regions, and support content opportunities that improve CoVet’s visibility and market trust.
  • You will collaborate with the wider marketing team to align European content with brand standards, campaign priorities, product releases, and commercial goals.
  • You will support localization across priority materials, balancing speed with quality and making sure content feels relevant and credible in-market rather than directly translated.
  • You will work with the broader content function to ensure consistency across messaging, while also helping the business move faster in Europe through better local execution.

Cross-functional collaboration

This role will work closely with:

  • Sales and Enterprise: to support account conversations, regional messaging, sales enablement, and local market opportunities
  • Partnerships: to build co-marketing assets, partner-facing materials, and market-specific campaigns
  • Support and Customer teams: to create educational and onboarding-adjacent content where needed
  • Design and Creative: to develop visual assets, campaign materials, presentations, and media-ready content
  • PR, media, affiliates, and influencers: to expand reach and improve market relevance
  • Other content team members: to coordinate calendars, share knowledge, and maintain consistency across regions and channels

What success looks like

In this role, success means increasing the speed, quality, and consistency of CoVet’s content presence in Europe. It means helping the company show up more credibly in local markets, supporting commercial teams with better-localized assets, building stronger media and partner visibility, and improving content quality across the funnel.

You should expect to be measured on a mix of output, quality, responsiveness, market relevance, and commercial impact.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • multilingual, ideally with strong German fluency
  • an experienced content marketer with broad hands-on experience across multiple formats and channels
  • strong in SEO and comfortable building content that supports organic growth
  • a strong writer and editor with the ability to adapt tone and message by audience and market
  • comfortable working across both strategic planning and execution
  • experienced in collaborating with external partners such as media, affiliates, PR contacts, or influencers
  • commercially aware and able to connect content to pipeline, adoption, and market development
  • organized, self-directed, and comfortable working across multiple priorities and stakeholders

Preferred experience

  • experience working across DACH markets
  • familiarity with Nordic markets
  • background in B2B SaaS, healthtech, medtech, AI, or another complex product category
  • video production or video content planning experience
  • exposure to social content and distribution strategy
  • experience supporting localized content for applications, lifecycle comms, or product messaging

Why this role matters

This role helps CoVet deepen its position in Europe by improving how we educate the market, support sales, work with partners, and build trust. It is a key part of turning expansion ambition into repeatable in-market execution.
