Own the content flywheel. Build momentum. Drive results.

ZenMaid is hiring a Content Marketing Manager to lead our content strategy and operations. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll shape the content that drives growth, brand authority, and customer trust. We already have a strong foundation: 300+ blog posts, dozens of podcast episodes, and a thriving community. Now we’re ready to scale the system and amplify the right ideas across the right channels. You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing, a video editor, and a VA. You’ll also collaborate with partners, customers, and the broader ZenMaid team to surface stories and assets that matter. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “do content” — you think like a marketer and move like a builder.

What You'll Do:

Content Strategy & Creation

  • Publish 2+ SEO-informed blog posts per week (AI-assisted drafts + human polish)
  • Refresh and expand existing content to protect rankings and improve conversions
  • Build and maintain a forward-looking calendar with evergreen, seasonal, and topical pieces
  • Prioritize content that drives search visibility and helps buyers understand the product

Podcast Repurposing & Content Flywheel

  • Collaborate with our editor to extract short clips and quotes from podcast episodes
  • Turn episodes into written summaries, blog posts, social captions, and email content
  • Format and publish repurposed content across blog and newsletter
  • Own a repeatable system for turning long-form content into high-leverage assets

Distribution & Visibility

  • Publish and share content across key channels:
  • Facebook Group (ZenMaid Mastermind)
  • LinkedIn and X (Twitter)
  • Email newsletter
  • TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts
  • Share content wins and improve based on performance
  • Bring our best ideas to the right audience, every time

Community & Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales and CS to surface real customer stories and frequently asked questions
  • Support the team in collecting and repurposing user-generated content and Maid Summit recordings
  • Help build systems for scalable collaboration with influencers, partners, and coaches

What Success Looks Like in 90 Days:

  • The content calendar is fully owned, organized, and moving
  • We’re publishing weekly content that ranks, converts, or sparks conversation
  • High-leverage clips and assets are consistently pulled from our podcast and Summit library
  • Blog traffic and newsletter engagement are trending upward
  • Everyone on the team knows you’re the person making content happen

  • Understand SaaS or local SMB audiences and what makes them tick
