We're building tools that bring clarity, structure, and real-time collaboration to content design.

The role

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to own and scale our top-of-funnel content efforts. This role is ideal for someone who loves blending creativity with performance, understands how content connects to product and user needs, and is ready to take full ownership of driving growth through content.

Ditto is in a unique position as first to market and first in a new category, all while solving a problem that the market is already very aware of. Now, it’s time for Ditto to drive awareness of the solution we provide, through content marketing. We are investing in a content function that positions Ditto as the market leading solution to this problem, and the go-to authority that guides the market on all things content design, systemization, and the ROI of product text.

You’ll be responsible for driving awareness of Ditto, and driving the right people to consider Ditto as the solution they need—and measuring how content engagement correlates with measurable outcomes. You'll develop campaigns and assets that not only drive traffic, but connect with the right people in the right way.

As our first content marketer, you'll own and lead:

  • Sharing Ditto’s unique opinion in market: Ditto is creating a new category, and we have some strong opinions that need to be crafted, shared, and built on. You’ll get to own the right way to share these opinions, and connect with the right audiences in the right places.
  • Driving awareness and consideration: Ensure our ICP sees and engages with Ditto content across the right channels (LinkedIn, communities, email, events) — measured by reach, engagement, and inbound pipeline.
  • Customer storytelling: Capture and publish customer stories and case studies that demonstrate the tangible ROI of Ditto and establish credibility and trust.
  • Experimentation with content strategy: whether testing out downloadable content, reports, guides, etc, you’ll get to experiment and try new avenues to expand Ditto’s content strategy
  • Community partnerships:  Build authentic relationships with communities and thought leaders in the industry, co-creating content and fostering dialogue that positions Ditto as a trusted voice.
  • Tracking and optimizing impact: Track and analyze traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics to show impact and double down on what's working.
  • Hone Ditto’s editorial voice: We’re obsessive about communicating directly and providing value, no matter the effort. You’ll be responsible for honing and strengthening our editorial voice, and building processes to deliver value (without the jargon).

What you bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in content marketing or editorial roles
  • Proven ability to drive measurable results from content (traffic, downloads, engagement, conversions)
  • Strong writing skills, with an understanding of voice, clarity, and tone
  • Sharp storytelling and editing chops, with the ability to turn raw ideas, quotes, and conversations into stories worth sharing
  • A curious, audience-first mindset with a bias toward action and experimentation
  • Bonus: familiarity with product teams, UX, or content design workflows
