UndrAds - Marketing & Growth Associate Role 2026
Remote / Hybrid - Gurgaon
We’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Associate to join UndrAds’ next leap of growth as an Ad Monetization Platform. From a one person idea to a team of 19, we’ve come a long way since April 2024 - you’d be UndrAds’ human number 20!
Intro: Apps and publishers make awesome content serving millions of users. We help them monetize their ad inventory for revenue growth and business sustainability. Be it a news website or a gaming app, creators sustain with relevant, UX-first ads and a fool-proof Ad Operations engine. We do exactly that.
Ad Tech is a traditionally old, but a super niche space. Most folks in this industry know each other. Basically, people know us and we often bump into them occasionally at events.
We’re small and agile so we pivot fast. We’re scrappy sometimes, but also obsessed with playbooks and processes. We work on Slack but don’t shy away from meeting at cool co-working spaces once in a while. Our core teams include Product, Tech & Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Ad Operations, and Finance.
This role will be the 3rd extension to our marketing team. While the existing team works on goals like Inbound engine and brand building, the Marketing & Growth Associate will help enable new channels and accelerate the existing ones.
