The Role

ClearTax is an AI technology platform for enterprise CFOs globally. This role exists to build the content infrastructure that makes "Enterprise Grade" irrefutable.

You will own the creation and management of content designed to do one thing: move buyers. From the first touchpoint to the moment they sign, your content will be in the room – building conviction, removing objections, and closing gaps that sales alone can't.

This is not a blog role. This is a revenue role with a content brief.

What You’ll Own

1. Enterprise Proof Point Library

Build and maintain a body of content that substantiates ClearTax's enterprise credentials across seven dimensions:

  • Scale — Customer volume, transaction throughput, platform reliability at enterprise load
  • Complexity & Platform Play — Multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction, multi-product scenarios we handle natively
  • Security — Compliance certifications, data governance, audit trails, infrastructure standards
  • Partner Ecosystem — Strategic alliances, co-sell motions, and what they mean for the buyer
  • Integrations — ERP, CRM, and workflow connectors that eliminate implementation risk
  • Future Proofing — AI-led product roadmap, regulatory adaptability, long-term platform bets
  • Implementation & Support — Onboarding frameworks, SLA commitments, customer success architecture. These proof points will live across formats: one-pagers, sales decks, battlecards, landing pages, case study narratives, RFP language, webinar scripts, LinkedIn content, and more.

2. Revenue-Attribution Mindset

Every piece you create will be tracked against a single question: did the people who consumed this content convert? You will work closely with demand gen and revenue ops to:

  • Track content consumption across the pre-SQL journey
  • Report on how many SALs and booked deals had your content in their path
  • Continuously refine based on what moves pipeline and what doesn't

You are accountable to outcomes, not output.

3. Brand Stewardship

You will internalize ClearTax's brand principles and apply them with precision – in every headline, every data point, every customer quote. The voice is authoritative, precise, and built for finance teams across the world. You will hold that standard across everything that leaves this function.

Who are you?

  • 4–7 years in B2B content marketing, with at least 2 years in enterprise SaaS, fintech, or tech platforms
  • A writer first. You draft fast, edit sharp, and understand the difference between content that informs and content that converts
  • You've built proof point libraries, case studies, or sales enablement content before, and can show the pipeline impact
  • Comfortable working across product marketing, sales, and design without losing the thread
  • You take brand seriously. You've worked within a strong brand system and pushed it forward, not just followed it
