B2B Content Writing
I'm hiring. I'm looking for our Content Lead to join the CURAT—D team ($50,000 to $100,000/year total comp). If you're in LOVE with writing and turning raw executive thinking into content that moves markets, here's why you should apply.
What you will be doing
- Work directly with top founders and executives across media, AI, marketing, agencies, and creators whose combined audience exceeds 40 million subscribers.
- Take messy, unstructured thinking from people building at the frontier and turn it into sharp, high-performing content.
- Shape and protect editorial voices that millions of people actually read and trust.
- Be part of a team that treats writing as a serious craft, not a content factory.
- We're growing fast and looking for someone who raises the bar on everything they touch.
More about the job and pay
- 100% remote. I don't care where you're based.
- Full-time.
- $50,000 to $100,000/year total compensation including profit sharing and bonus.
Who I'm looking for
- You LOVE the craft of writing.
- Native-level command of written and spoken English.
- Precise writing: we don't need flowery language. We need you to cut the fluff and land the point.
- You understand that great content is both art and science. It's about understanding a client's audience, what they care about, and communicating insights that drive real, measurable outcomes for them.
- High attention to detail: no typos, no grammar mistakes, no sloppy structure gets through.
- Platform obsessed: you're always studying what's working on LinkedIn, X, and beyond, and dissecting why certain posts land.
- Quick to grasp complex topics: our clients operate in AI, media, marketing, creator economy, and agency worlds. You absorb unfamiliar territory fast and write about it with authority.
- Deep thinking: a piece of content often starts with a raw 20-minute conversation or voice note. You listen, identify what actually matters, cut everything else, and restructure the argument so it's logical, clear, and compelling.
- Your core responsibility is writing, which requires deep focus. You can turn off Slack, phone notifications, everything, for 4 hours at a time to get into flow and produce your best work.
- You deliver on time or early. If something is running late, you communicate proactively before anyone has to ask.
- You want to constantly evolve your craft. You welcome constructive feedback and direct criticism.
- If you find a way to improve an internal process or workflow, you don't wait to be asked. You think about it and fix it.
- Prior ghostwriting experience is a plus, but not required. Taste and craft matter most.
If you're interested, drop a comment on the poster's post and send a connection request with examples of your work.
