We're looking for a Content Lead — someone who's going to own how Taxd shows up online. Not a strategist who lives in decks. Not someone who just schedules posts.

Someone who genuinely loves being in the weeds. Scripting, filming, posting and building the systems to scale it.

You'll work directly with me and Eamon. You'll have real budget behind you. And you'll have some genuinely interesting stories to tell:
→ 20,000+ individuals trusting us with their UK taxes
→ Making Tax Digital hitting millions of landlords this year
→ A product that files tax returns in under 10 minutes

The brief? Make a "boring" topic engaging. Build a content engine. Grow an audience that converts.

£50,000 base + 10%+ bonus. London hybrid (3 days in office). Clear path to £70-75k based on performance.

About Taxd

We're a fast-growing UK tax platform — HMRC-recognised, 5★ on Trustpilot, and in our sixth year. We help individuals, landlords, expats, and limited company directors file their taxes digitally. We're now entering our next phase of scale, and we need someone to build our content engine from the ground up.

The Role

This is not a social media manager role. You'll own strategy and execution — working directly with the founders to turn Taxd into a recognisable brand in tax, property, and finance.

You'll be hands-on: ideating, scripting, filming, posting — while also directing freelance editors, designers, and videographers to scale output beyond what one person can do alone.

What You'll Own

• Platform strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook
• Full content lifecycle: ideation → filming → posting → performance tracking
• Founder-led and brand content (educational, behind-the-scenes, reactive news)
• Influencer and distribution partnerships (property, finance, expat communities)
• Freelancer management and content systems

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record growing social channels or brand presence
• Strong grasp of short-form video, LinkedIn, and YouTube growth
• Comfortable being hands-on — not just setting strategy
• Creative and data-driven
• Bonus: fintech/finance content experience, or experience with founder personal brands
