The agency is community-focused and believes that cannabis marketing should shape culture and make the industry better.
The PufCreativ team is about 20+ strong and growing, with dedicated departments spanning design, development, SEO, copywriting, social media, photography, video, and business development. Content is a huge part of the work, and the writing team produces a high volume of blogs, website copy, email campaigns, social media content, brand messaging, and PR materials for clients across the cannabis and hemp industries.
The Role
PufCreativ is looking for a Editor (Contract/Part-Time) to join the team on a contract basis. This role supports the writing team by providing editorial oversight across all content streams. You’ll be the last set of eyes before client-facing content goes out the door, making sure everything is polished, consistent, on-brand, and free of errors.
The ideal candidate has a strong command of AI tools, content strategy, and modern writing best practices, along with the ability to step into content creation projects as needed and support day-to-day editorial workflows. This person should feel confident writing and refining brand book copy, shaping messaging and tone, and maintaining consistency across all written content. This role will work closely with the Editor-in-Chief to help guide editorial direction, support creative execution, and uphold quality and brand standards across both client and internal projects.
This is a flexible, remote contractor position. You’ll collaborate closely with the Editor-in-Chief and the broader creative team to maintain quality across a growing volume of deliverables.
