I'm hiring!!!
And I need your help to find the right person. This is not your typical non-profit role. I'm looking for a Content Director, someone who has built social media properties from the ground up and scaled the reach. Not someone who as grown nonprofit brands. Think media, entertainment, and/or creators, but is itching for more meaning in their work.
I need someone who can take audience research and figure out the best show format and hosts to launch and build an engaged audience. I'm looking for a person who has a fail fast and learn things mindset. Somebody who can take a scrappy budget, find something that works and scale it. And someone who is equally comfortable managing larger projects.
Do you know anyone who would be a good fit? Do you know someone who might know someone? Job description in the comments.

Position Summary
Under the direction of the Chief Digital Media Officer, the Content Director is responsible for building the next generation of social-native content verticals for moderate women. The Content Director serves as the creative lead for the internal production arm of Galvanize USA and Galvanize Action. This is a role for a proven creative developer who thrives taking market research, a blank canvas and a scrappy budget into content that breaks through and scales up.
The Director owns the full development lifecycle — from concept to audience definition to episode structure to launch — for new social content verticals, including original series, formats, and channel presences built for specific audiences and platforms. Early priorities for this role include shaping the next generation of flagship content brands and developing scalable new formats grounded in audience insight and platform behavior. This role works closely with our Production Director and the SVP of Programs on concept development and production.
