At Allegro, we power one of the largest e-commerce platforms in Central and Eastern Europe, serving millions of customers every day. We are looking for an experienced Content Development Excellence Specialist (Copywriter) to support marketing communication for the Czech & Slovak market.
In this role, you will create and adapt brand and trade communication, ensuring all content is culturally relevant, engaging, and consistent with Allegro’s brand standards across Czech and Slovak markets.
Ensuring brand consistency across brand, trade, and category campaigns
Creating marketing copy for campaigns, ongoing communication, and traffic-driving activities
Translating and localizing communication from English into Czech and/or Slovak
Adapting messaging to ensure relevance and resonance with Czech & Slovak consumers
Preparing claims and messaging for Key Visuals (KV)
Creating naming concepts for business units, sub-brands, services, and features
Ensuring linguistic and tonal consistency across all marketing communication
Reviewing and validating communication created by internal and external teams
Providing feedback on and corrections to agency-created content
Supervising aliases, logotypes, and design-related communication consistency
Supporting communication quality initiatives and internal writing standards
Supporting ad hoc communication and operational requests
Handling communication reviews via dedicated approval channels
Supporting internal writing consultation channels and teams
Native Czech and fluent Slovak speaker as must
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Proven experience in marketing copywriting, localization, transcreation, brand communication, or creative communication roles
Strong understanding of tone of voice and communication consistency
Ability to adapt global communication to local market specifics and consumer expectations
Experience working with multi-channel marketing communication
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders
Excellent attention to detail and language accuracy
Experience working with agencies and creative teams
Polish language skills and experience in e-commerce, retail, or tech environments is nice to have
