We're hiring! We're expanding our content team with not one, but two 'Jobs of a Lifetime'.

We're looking for a:
🎬 Content Creator & Coordinator β€” someone already making great content in travel, food, or hospitality, with the instincts and speed to match.

✍️ Copywriter β€” someone who understands there's a huge difference between generating words and creating a feeling.

Both are full-time and fully remote (US or Australia).

This is not a normal content role.

It sits somewhere between content creator, social editor, creative producer, internet-native marketer, and organized chaos coordinator. It’s probably the biggest gap in our business right now.

This is not a community manager role.

This is not a junior role...

And this is definitely not a β€œschedule posts in Canva” role.

We’re specifically looking for people already doing cool sh*t. That might mean:

  • Running an interesting travel, food, hospitality, or lifestyle account.
  • Making strong content for hotels, restaurants, tourism boards, or travel brands.
  • Being the person quietly behind content that performs really well.
  • Working at an agency creating commercial content that actually converts.

You should already understand worlds where taste, aspiration, experience, and conversion matter.

MUST HAVE: Travel, food, hospitality, or experience-led background.

We’re probably not the right fit for:

  • Generic social media marketers.
  • Junior coordinator or merchandising types.
  • People who can’t edit their own work or get stuck on the tools.
  • People from unrelated industries with no feel for aspirational content.
  • People making safe, corporate, low-energy content for boring brands.

We care far more about instincts, taste, speed, and output than polished resumes or corporate experience.

You’ll help:

  • Create trend-aware social content.
  • Source, edit, and repurpose assets:Β You need to be confident on the tools to turn raw (and often messy) partner footage into high-impact content yourself.
  • Assist with marketing and web contentΒ for Journeys and Exclusives.
  • Spot content opportunitiesΒ before anyone asks.
  • Help bridge product, social, and marketing teams.
  • Turn ideas into actual output quickly.
