We're looking for a Content & Marketing Manager to help build the content system behind my personal brand and Adfluent's growth.

This is a full-time role working directly with me, focused on one thing: scaling our content output.

I'm currently posting around 3 short-form videos a week. The goal is 15+.

Not by working harder, but by building a smarter system.

You're a fit if:

Responsibility: Building and operating the content system behind Levi Steede's personal brand and Adfluent's marketing output β€” driving a 5x increase in content volume, owning the agency newsletter, and creating lead magnets that convert attention into inbound pipeline.

Reports to: Levi Steede (CEO & Founder)

Location: Remote (based in the Netherlands preferred, for on-site shoot days)

Compensation: €3,500 – €5,500 per month + performance bonuses

Background

Adfluent B.V. is a performance marketing agency founded in June 2023. We work exclusively with direct-to-consumer brands and have grown to a lean team of 14 over the past two years. We manage paid acquisition on Meta and TikTok alongside full creative production for a focused portfolio of high-growth ecommerce brands.

Our CEO, Levi Steede, has built a strong personal brand on TikTok that directly drives inbound leads for the agency. The channel works β€” but growth requires volume, and volume requires a system. That's where you come in.

This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, systems thinking, and execution. You'll work directly with Levi to build a content machine that 5x's current output without sacrificing quality β€” and extend that thinking to a weekly newsletter and lead magnet programme that deepens the agency's marketing reach.

What You'll Own

Content System & Personal Brand (TikTok & Instagram)

  • Architect and operate a content system that takes current output (β‰ˆ3 videos/week) to 15+ per week, maintaining quality through smart repurposing and workflow design
  • Build and manage a content calendar with planned shoot dates, batch recording sessions, and publication schedules
  • Develop content pillars mapped to ToFu, MoFu, and BoFu β€” translating Levi's expertise into a structured content strategy
  • Lead ideation: work together with Levi to ideate video ideas on a weekly base for the next week(s).
  • Manage editors via Frame.io β€” briefing, feedback loops, and deadline ownership
  • Schedule and publish content across platforms
  • Identify repurposing opportunities: one piece of content should never live in only one place
  • Analysing content performance, and iterating further on this

Newsletter

  • Take ownership of Adfluent's newsletter (current list: ~2,500), including a repositioning of its identity and format
  • Plan and write weekly editions β€” you'll work closely with Levi for input and direction, but execution is yours
  • Build and maintain a content calendar for the newsletter that ties into the broader content strategy
  • Grow the list through organic content and lead magnet distribution

Lead Magnets & Marketing Assets

  • Conceptualise and produce lead magnets (guides, frameworks, playbooks) that convert content audiences into leads
  • Work with Levi to extract insights and turn them into high-value, downloadable assets
  • Own the production process end-to-end: structure, copy, design briefing, and distribution

KPIs & Outcomes

This role is accountable to one north star: more qualified inbound leads for Adfluent. Everything below ladders up to that.

Content Volume & Reach

  • Reach a consistent output of 15+ TikTok videos per week within 60 days
  • Month-over-month growth in TikTok reach and impressions
  • Performance bonuses tied directly to MoM reach and impression benchmarks

Newsletter

  • Weekly send cadence maintained without gaps
  • MoM list growth
  • Open rate and click rate benchmarks established and improved quarterly

Lead Generation

  • MoM increase in inbound lead volume attributable to content and newsletter
  • At least one new lead magnet launched per quarter

Success at 90 days looks like:

  • A documented content system that runs without Levi having to manage logistics
  • Output has tripled from baseline
  • Newsletter has a clear identity, a growing list, and a consistent weekly send
  • At least one lead magnet live and distributing per month (3 in total)

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience managing content operations for a personal brand, creator, or media-forward business β€” with measurable growth to show for it
  • Strong understanding of TikTok / IG native content strategy: what performs, why it performs, and how to build a system around it
  • Experience mapping content to a funnel (ToFu / MoFu / BoFu) and building content pillars with strategic intent
  • Comfortable writing β€” newsletter copy, briefs, scripts, and lead magnet content should all be within your range
  • Experience managing editors or creative freelancers (Frame.io experience a plus)
  • Proficient with Notion and Claude (or similar AI tools) as part of a real workflow β€” not just aware of them
  • Has either built or meaningfully contributed to a content repurposing system
  • Email marketing experience: list growth, copywriting, and basic performance analysis
  • Systems thinker: you've used automation, AI, or smart repurposing to multiply output without multiplying headcount

This is not a social media manager role. We're not looking for someone to post content and fill a calendar. We're looking for someone who can look at an underbuilt content operation and architect the system that takes it to the next level β€” and then run it.
