About World Builders

World Builders is a learning ecosystem for visionary creatives and entrepreneurs who are building movements, not just businesses. We believe in anti-hustle values, nervous system-safe growth, and creating paradigm-shifting work that honors full humanity. Our ecosystem includes The Patronage (our membership), The Council (our sacred circle program), The Collective (our community hub), plus podcasts, newsletters, and more.

We're looking for someone who can be the warm, proactive, strategic presence that holds our community together—the person everyone knows and loves, the "front desk" and welcoming presence that makes World Builders feel like home.

More info about the WB ecosystem lives here.

The Role

This is a content development and community care hybrid role for someone who is equal parts strategic thinker, design-savvy creator, and warm community steward. If you’re a relationship-centered thinker and doer, this role is for you.

You'll take our founder’s raw creative output (podcast episodes, Substack essays, voice memos, workshop recordings) and transform them into a multi-platform content ecosystem. You'll also be the first-line responder for our community—the person who makes everyone feel seen, supported, and excited to be part of what we're building.

This role requires someone who is proactive, resourceful, and deeply aligned with World Builders values. You don't wait to be told what to do (nor do you do well with being told what to do). Instead, you see what needs to happen and make it happen by designing your own systems and workflows.

What You'll Do

Content Development (60% of role)

Transform raw content into relationship-focused storytelling:

  • Generate and clean transcripts from podcast episodes and workshops for content repurposing
  • Develop promotional graphics for podcast episodes, programs, and announcements (Instagram, LinkedIn, email headers, etc.)
  • Write and design email campaigns for program launches, announcements, and community updates
  • Create social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and beyond—taking Jenni's ideas and translating them into posts with depth and resonance
  • Develop content templates and systems that make repurposing seamless and strategic
  • Coordinate with podcast guests post-interview to obtain links, bios, headshots, and promotional assets
  • Share promotional materials with podcast guests and ensure they have everything needed to amplify episodes
  • Update website copy and offer pages as programs evolve
  • Light social media posting and scheduling (using existing templates and adapting as needed)

Community Care & Customer Support (40% of role)

Be the warm, responsive presence our community knows and trusts:

  • Check email and customer service inquiries Tuesday- Thursday (daily but briefly) during regular working hours
  • Help community members navigate programs, access resources, and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Show up in The Collective (our community hub, launching March 2026) to keep energy high, share prompts, spark conversations, and report back on community needs
  • Attend Zoom workshops and live sessions to moderate chat, manage Q&A, and coordinate session updates (approximately 50% of workshops—shared with another team member)
  • Assist with scheduling for Jenni's 1-1 clients via Paperbell, and with podcast guests using Calendly (occasional)

Who You Are

Proactive & Resourceful
You don't wait to be told what to do. You see what needs to happen and take initiative. You're comfortable working independently and making decisions that align with the brand. Here, we teach others to build new systems and ways of being – and you’ll be asked to do the same within World Builders, because this space is a prototype.

Strategic & Design-Savvy
You understand how content works across platforms. You know what makes a good Instagram carousel vs. a LinkedIn post vs. an email. You have an eye for design and can create graphics that feel polished and on-brand with the WB guidelines and values.

Warm & Community-Minded (with Boundaries)
You genuinely love people. You're the kind of person who makes others feel seen and supported. You understand that community care is not just customer service—it's long-term relationship building. And you’re also not afraid to hold boundaries when needed, so everyone can benefit from collective safety.

Organized & Detail-Oriented
You can juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and platforms without dropping the ball. You keep systems humming in the background so Jenni can focus on creating.

Aligned with World Builders Values
You believe in anti-hustle, pro-human business practices. You understand cyclical growth, nervous system safety, and building movements that honor full humanity.
