OneApp is on a mission to break down housing barriers and create more inclusive rental markets — helping property managers boost occupancy while giving renters a fair shot at home. As our Content & Brand Associate, you’ll turn strategy into stories and ship a steady drumbeat of on-brand content—from case studies and newsletters to social posts, landing-page copy, and event collateral. You’ll run the editorial calendar, coordinate freelancers and our creative agency, and keep our brand system tight and consistent across every touchpoint.

What Success Looks Like (12-18 Months)
Primary KPIs: Content shipped/month; % on-time delivery; email open/CTR; social engagement rate and follower growth; landing page CVR; organic traffic to key pages; sales collateral usage/adoption.
