We’re Hiring: Community Manager (Digital & Engagement)
Our client is looking for a strategic and hands-on Community Manager to build, grow, and actively engage a vibrant digital community. This role is ideal for someone who understands that community is more than content, it’s about connection, conversation, and consistency.
What You’ll Do
- Drive and execute a clear community engagement strategy
- Manage and grow communities across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
- Create engaging content and conversation starters
- Respond to comments, messages, and discussions in a timely, brand-aligned manner
- Plan and run community initiatives (live sessions, challenges, events)
- Track engagement metrics and optimise performance
- Moderate conversations to maintain a value-driven environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in community or social media management
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to balance strategy and execution
- Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented
- Strong understanding of digital engagement and audience behaviour
- Interest in personal development or leadership-focused content is a plus
