The Mission

The Secret CFO is creating the blueprint for turning good CFOs into the best CFOs in the world. We've become the standout voice in finance by stripping away the boardroom-speak and corporate jargon that makes finance feel like a chore. No-BS. Sharp takes. Insightful, irreverent, and growing fast.

We are hiring a Campaign Manager to own success for our brand partners. 75% of this job is conversion copywriting, so if you don't love writing world class copy, this isn't for you.

What You'll Do

  • Own the success of sponsor campaign end-to-end: From onboarding to final report, you're their point of contact for success. You understand their ICP, their funnel, and their definition of a qualified lead, and you hold yourself accountable to delivering it.
  • Write copy that converts: You'll craft every ad, placement, and sponsor mention that runs in our content. You'll direct the visuals with our designer. You own the output quality, not just the words.
  • Go above and beyond. If our brand partner doesn’t have the right lead magnet, we’ll help them get it right. Hell, we’ll even make it for them if they need it.
  • Be proactively brilliant: Don't wait to be asked. If a sponsor's offer is weak, tell them and help them fix it. If their landing page is killing conversions, flag it. If a lead gen asset would double their results, build it. You're their strategic partner.
  • Drive performance with data: You'll track open rates, clicks, and lead quality for every campaign, and use that data to iterate. If something isn't working, you diagnose it and fix it.
  • Own Secret CFO marketing copy: You'll also own the campaigns for any new launches by Secret CFO whether that's new content formats, or other secret projects.
  • Manage the pipeline: Up to 5–10 campaigns at once, from single sends to complex multi-touch programmes. You'll keep them all moving, on brief, and ahead of schedule.

Who You Are

The Converter - You have a track record in performance copywriting or direct response. You know the difference between copy that sounds good and copy that works, and you care obsessively about the latter.

The White Glove Account Manager - You treat brand partner relationships like a premium service. Proactive, communicative, and always one step ahead. Partners feel looked after because you genuinely are looking after them.

The Data Nerd - Open rates, click rates, qualified leads, you use data to make decisions, not just to report them.

The Chameleon - You understand voice and brand, and can adapt your style and copy to suit

The Finance-Literate - You don't need to be a CFO, but you need to understand who you're writing for. Our audience is smart, senior, and immune to fluff.
