Beauty Writer

The Set Set is looking for a US-based Beauty Writer to join the team. We are looking for someone with experience writing about beauty and/or film, as well as an interest in how these subjects intersect and fit into the larger cultural landscape. You should be someone fascinated by on-screen transformations, big and small - everything from Tom Cruise's multi-hour prosthetics process in Digger to Ariana Grande's toned-down makeup look for her role in Focker-In-Law.

The ideal candidate is someone detail-oriented and self-motivated, who can write clean copy with a strong sense of perspective and point of view. You'll be working with a small but mighty team based in LA, New York, and London, so the ability to take ownership of projects assigned to you is highly desired, and you may at times be required to represent The Set Set at industry events, red carpets, and screenings.
