B2B Social Media Strategist

We are seeking a hands-on B2B social media strategist to turn our LinkedIn and YouTube presence into a lead generation engine and a brand awareness powerhouse. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating impactful content in SaaS or highly technical industries like cybersecurity, and wants to work directly with our CEO and subject-matter experts to amplify their insights.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and launch a 6–12 month social media strategy in your first month, including budget, production plan, and resource plan
• Transform LinkedIn & YouTube into lead generation funnels, not just channels for followers
• Collaborate with CEO and technical experts to create authentic, engaging content
• Use AI tools and video editing to produce high-quality, impactful social media content
• Monitor analytics and funnel metrics to optimize performance and show business impact
  
• Occasionally create written content like:
  • Short blog posts or case studies to support campaigns
  • Customer success stories or industry highlights
  • Landing page or email copy to connect social media with lead generation
    

What makes you a great fit:

• Proven experience in B2B social media strategy, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity
• Track record of driving measurable results via social media (leads, engagement, traffic)
• Experience with video content and AI-assisted production is a strong plus
• Analytical mindset: you think in terms of numbers, funnels, and ROI
