B2B Copywriter

Reflex is growing and so is the team! These are two roles central to how we work and how our clients win. Here’s what we’re looking for:

**Client Lead**

You are a people person with deep curiosity and airtight attention to detail. Getting to know people and helping them win is your superpower. In past roles you were your clients’ go-to, highly trusted, and they probably tried to poach you.

The job is a 60/40 split between client face time and project management. This role is not for you if you have a hard time juggling projects, managing feedback, and don’t want to be on calls. You’ll be supporting founders and GTM teams building some of the fastest growing and technically ambitious startups today, a killer opp for the right person.

**Copywriting (both technical and non technical)**

You have a firm grasp of the B2B venture tech ecosystem and can speak to multiple founder profiles you keep up with / why they work. You are ego free, meaning the client’s voice and perspective matters above all else. You’re a quick learner and are skilled at switching between multiple voices and industries.

Like the Client Lead role, LinkedIn is fast paced! You don’t miss deadlines and can effectively manage your own time + output. You are proactive if you don’t have what you need to make a good draft.

**Who we are**

Reflex is an exec content agency that helps founders and GTM teams turn their voice into pipeline on LinkedIn. We are AI-forward (though our content is *not*) and are always testing out internal tools that make our lives and our clients’ lives easier. We are fully remote and index high on autonomy, follow through, and quality of output.
