The Role


We're looking for a B2B Content Lead to own client relationships as the primary point of contact for 3-5 premium accounts. This is an account management and strategic leadership role where you're responsible for client satisfaction, content strategy execution, and revenue outcomes.


You'll run client calls independently, develop GTM-aligned content strategies, coordinate cross-functional delivery, and ensure every client sees tangible ROI from their investment with Catalyst.


Responsibilities


  • Own the client relationship as primary POC for 3-5 accounts, managing all strategic communications and ensuring client success
  • Lead client calls independently – build agendas, facilitate discussions, present insights, and guide strategic decisions without needing oversight
  • Develop GTM-aligned content strategies that connect directly to revenue goals, sales cycles, and go-to-market initiatives for AI, SaaS, and fintech clients
  • Align content with business objectives – understand client GTM strategies, ICPs, competitive positioning, and buying journeys to create content that drives pipeline
  • Manage client reporting and deliverables tracking using dashboards and templates to maintain visibility and accountability
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution with writers, strategists, and project managers to deliver on client commitments
  • Use data and insights to refine content strategies, demonstrate ROI, and identify expansion opportunities
  • Stay on top of industry trends in B2B content, LinkedIn strategies, and founder-led thought leadership to continuously improve client outcomes


Requirements


  • 3-5+ years of experience owning B2B content strategies that have driven measurable revenue outcomes
  • Proven ability to align content with GTM strategy – you understand how content supports sales, product launches, market positioning, and pipeline generation
  • Client management experience as primary POC for accounts valued at $50K+ annually
  • Management or leadership experience – you've led people, projects, or both
  • Deep expertise in AI, SaaS, or fintech content marketing and understanding of how content influences B2B buying decisions
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills – you can lead strategic conversations with C-level executives
  • Experience with content analytics and using data to drive strategic recommendations
  • Comfortable taking ownership – you don't need hand-holding and can run accounts independently from day one


Nice to Have


  • Experience with LinkedIn content strategies and executive thought leadership programs
  • Familiarity with content multiplication frameworks or similar systematic approaches
  • Background in demand generation, product marketing, or performance marketing
  • Experience working at an agency or in client-facing roles with high accountability
  • Understanding of sales enablement and how content supports revenue teams


What We're Looking For


This role requires someone who can commit consistent hours (we'll specify exact expectations upfront during interviews) and maintain availability for client calls during EST business hours. Client relationships demand consistency—we need someone who can be fully present for their accounts.
