Hiring: 2 Executive & Personal Assistants (Remote)

I’m hiring two (2) Executive / Personal Assistants to work closely with me on high-level projects.

📍 Location: Nigeria, UK, or Qatar (time-zone coverage)

💻 Work Type: Fully Remote

Requirements

• Male (22–29) / Female (25–30)
• Must NOT be married (both genders)
• Graduate, fluent in English
• Own a good phone and laptop.
• Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Notion/Trello, Zoom, social media)
• Experienced with remote work
• Available 6 months – 1 year minimum
• ❌ Not a side job—if you have another job, do not apply

What I’m Looking For

• Hardworking, proactive, self-starter
• Organized, creative, growth-minded
• Someone who understands how I work and has followed my journey
• ❌ Lazy, proud, condescending attitudes or bad habits are not welcome

Responsibilities

• Calendar, email, and schedule management
• Meetings, follow-ups, documentation
• Research, coordination, and daily task support
• Executive and personal admin support across projects

Salary

💰 USD 150–500/month (based on experience & performance, and if this is below your pay grade, please do not apply)
