Role Summary

The AI Strategist is an independent contractor responsible for testing, evaluating, and implementing AI tools across campaign management, operations, and creator workflows. This role focuses on improving efficiency and scalability while preserving a human-first approach to creator partnerships and brand voice. The contractor independently researches emerging tools, designs practical systems, and provides structured training or documentation to support adoption. Engagements are project-based and outcome-focused.

Core Skillsets Required

AI Tools & Applied Use Cases

• Hands-on experience testing and implementing AI tools for content, operations, or marketing
• Strong understanding of current AI capabilities and limitations
• Ability to match tools to real business workflows rather than theoretical use

Systems & Process Design

• Experience building repeatable systems, workflows, or automations
• Ability to document processes clearly for non-technical users
• Focus on efficiency, scalability, and quality control

Training & Knowledge Transfer

• Ability to explain AI concepts in plain language
• Experience creating training materials, SOPs, or walkthroughs
• Comfortable enabling teams without ongoing supervision

Human-First Judgment

• Strong judgment around where AI adds value versus where human input is essential
• Ability to protect brand voice, creator relationships, and quality standards
• Thoughtful approach to ethical and practical AI usage

Independent Contractor Readiness

• Operates autonomously and may serve multiple clients
• Works on a per-project, per-system, or per-implementation basis
• Uses their own tools, research methods, and workflows
