Job Overview
VOYA is seeking a strategic Marketing Lead to architect and execute the go-to-market engine for Africa’s leading mobility and immigration technology platform. This is a founder-facing, high-ownership role for a builder who thinks in systems — someone who can design GTM strategy across B2B and B2C channels, translate it into executable campaigns, and drive measurable growth. You will own brand, content, paid media, influencer, and pipeline from the top of funnel to conversion, reporting directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute VOYA’s full GTM strategy across B2B and B2C segments — from positioning and channel selection to activation and conversion
- Build and manage content at scale across social, video, editorial, and podcast formats
- Lead influencer and creator partnerships, UGC campaigns, and community-driven growth initiatives
- Own paid media strategy and execution (Meta and beyond), SEO/GEO optimization, and press/PR pipeline
- Drive funnel performance, review ecosystems, and brand visibility across all touchpoints — including partnerships and enterprise-facing channels
Qualifications
- 6+ years in marketing with at least 2 years in a strategy or GTM-owning capacity
- Demonstrated experience building and executing GTM strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences
- Strong command of paid social, SEO, influencer ecosystems, and content operations
- Analytical with proven ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes
- Thrives with autonomy, moves fast, and operates at a high output in a lean, founder-led environment
- Background in fintech, travel, mobility, or immigration tech is a strong advantage
