AI-Native B2B Marketing Operator. Part-time contractor (1099), remote, 10-25 hrs/week to start with a path to full-time.

I run a consultancy built on AI-powered marketing intelligence for B2B SaaS companies. Claude, MCP servers, custom integrations, LLM visibility monitoring, automated competitive intelligence, etc. This isn't AI as a buzzword on a services page. It's the actual infrastructure.

I need someone who wants to help build that with me while also executing the work for clients. SEO, CRO, content execution, AI visibility, competitive intelligence. The thread that ties all of it together: understanding how these channels connect to pipeline and revenue. If you've only ever thought about rankings and traffic without connecting it to a GTM motion, this probably isn't the right fit.

You're not just running the playbook. You're helping write it.

The right person:

→ 3-5 years in B2B marketing, SEO, or demand gen. Agency or multi-client preferred.

→ AI-native for real. You build workflows with Claude, ChatGPT, or similar. Not just prompting for blog posts.

→ Can run a technical SEO audit and implement the fixes

→ Thinks in pipeline, not just pageviews

→ Doesn't need to be managed. Needs to be pointed at a problem.
