• Knows YouTube Shorts strategy and content packaging
• Can analyze YouTube Studio analytics (Audience Retention, Swipe Rate, Views, Watch Time, etc.) and improve future videos based on data
• Has a strong understanding of the YouTube algorithm and viral content
• Can research trends and generate fresh content ideas consistently
• Experience working with educational, career, or self-improvement creators is a plus
