🎯 Role Overview
We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and culture-driven Social Media Manager who can turn ideas into conversations that spark, trend, and connect.
You’ll be the voice and heartbeat of ClapMi across X (Twitter), TikTok, Instagram, Discord, and ClapMi social app, creating content people actually clap for, share, and talk about.
You’ll work closely with our marketing team to grow a vibrant, global community and build a social presence that bridges social + Web3 in a fun, human way.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow ClapMi’s voice across X (Twitter), TikTok, IG, Discord, and Telegram
- Create content people actually share, clap for, and talk about, from memes to threads to reels
- Plan and run campaigns around product launches, partnerships, and events
- Jump into conversations, reply to comments, and make our community feel alive
- Spot trends early and keep ClapMi relevant and fun
- Track analytics to see what works (and what doesn’t)
- Collaborate with marketing & product to keep our story consistent everywhere
- Partner with creators, KOLs, and influencers to spread the word
✅ Requirements
- Experience managing social accounts (bonus: fintech startups, Web3, or creator projects)
- A natural storyteller, you can craft tweets, captions, and hooks that grab attention
- Comfortable with short-form content (TikToks, Reels, memes, GIFs)
- A pulse on crypto, Web3, and Gen Z internet trends
- Hands-on, creative, and able to move fast in a startup environment
- Just as happy writing a tweetstorm as you are making a meme in Canva
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Clear communicator and team player
