About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled, creative, and detail-oriented Copywriter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing compelling B2B content—ranging from blog posts and newsletters to thought leadership pieces—and writing high-level materials. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in writing for Web3 and crypto industries, with a knack for topic ideation and in-depth research to produce authoritative, on-brand content, as well as running profiles on LinkedIn and X.

Your Role:

Content Ideation & Creation 

• Research and propose fresh, relevant topics and themes for blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing channels, drawing on best practices and industry benchmarks.
• Produce high-quality, engaging copy that resonates with a B2B audience and reflects the company’s voice and objectives.

Writing for LinkedIn and X 

• Draft and refine thought leadership posts, copies, and opinion pieces.
• Ensure each piece accurately captures the distinct perspective and tone of voice.

Industry-Focused Research 

• Continuously monitor Web3 and crypto trends, staying informed on market movements, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.
• Translate complex technical topics into clear, accessible language for diverse audiences.

Collaboration & Editorial Support 

• Work closely with marketing, communications, and subject matter experts to refine content and maintain brand consistency.
• Manage multiple content assignments simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

SEO & Quality Assurance 

• Incorporate SEO best practices to maximize online reach and engagement.
• Proofread and edit copy for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand guidelines. 

What We're Looking For:

Copywriting Skills

• Proven ability to craft compelling, audience-focused copy, particularly for B2B and technical subjects.     
• Strong understanding of best practices in tone, style, and messaging to effectively communicate complex ideas.

Experience & Portfolio 

• 5+ years of professional writing or copywriting experience, ideally in a B2B context.
• Proven success in writing for Web3 and crypto industries; strong portfolio or published examples required.                                                                                                                                       

Writing & Research Proficiency 

• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to create concise and engaging content in English language.
• Proven aptitude for generating fresh ideas and narratives based on thorough research and industry best practices. 

Industry Knowledge 

• Solid understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, DeFi, Web3 and other key Web3 concepts.
• Familiarity with the current state of the crypto market, including major trends and regulations.

Collaboration & Communication 

• Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Organized, self-driven, and capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Tech & Tools 

• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and collaborative tools (e.g., Jira, Notion, Trello, etc).
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is advantageous.
