Virtual Assistant

I’m currently looking for a virtual assistant to support both of my brands — Its Gigi and Hosts of Influence® — as we continue to scale! This is not a “do everything under the sun” role. USA BASED ONLY.

I’m not looking for perfection or someone who already knows it all. I’m looking for someone reliable, organized, proactive, and genuinely excited about the creator economy, personal branding, and building systems that scale.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the Adobe Suite (Express, Acrobat, Premiere, Lightroom, Photoshop), has a strong eye for design and social media, understands how AI tools can support workflows (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.), and isn’t intimidated by project management (Asana, Rella, Excell, etc). You don’t have to be an expert in everything, but you should be ready to learn quickly and execute.

You’ll be helping bring ideas to life, supporting content production, assisting with backend systems, and keeping projects moving. This is a role for someone who wants to be close to strategy and execution, not checking boxes off a to do list and doing busy work. The work you do will continue to build momentum in the biz!
