Role Summary

The Virtual Assistant is an independent contractor who supports campaign operations through research, data management, and workflow coordination. This role serves as connective support across multiple workstreams, helping ensure tasks, information, and deliverables move forward smoothly as the business scales. The contractor works independently from defined task lists, project scopes, or operational requests and delivers completed outputs aligned with agreed timelines and priorities. The engagement is project- and deliverable-based.

Core Skillsets Required

Operational & Administrative Support

• Experience providing virtual administrative or operational support
• Ability to manage recurring tasks, trackers, and task lists accurately
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Research & Data Management

• Ability to conduct basic research and compile findings clearly
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and internal trackers
• Experience maintaining clean, organized data and documentation

Workflow Coordination

• Ability to track tasks across multiple workstreams or campaigns
• Experience supporting coordination between team members or vendors
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Communication & Responsiveness

• Clear written communication and status updates
• Comfortable working asynchronously with multiple stakeholders
• Proactive in flagging risks, delays, or missing information

Independent Contractor Readiness

• Operates autonomously and may support multiple clients
• Works on a task-based or project-based engagement structure
• Uses their own equipment, tools, and systems to manage work
