We're Hiring: Vibe Growth Marketing Manager

But we’re not showing the world enough. That’s where you come in.
You’ll own the execution side of our growth engine. We have the strategy and priorities - you make it happen day-to-day, keeping things moving across content, SEO, paid, and experiments.
What you’ll do
Each week, you’ll:
- Run paid search campaigns - set up ads, test copy, tweak budgets, report performance
- Keep landing pages sharp - update copy, test CTAs, launch new pages, fix performance issues
- Refresh blog content and publish case studies, client wins, and product launches
- Post daily on LinkedIn - format content, schedule posts, and repurpose newsletter/blog content into carousels
- Set up and monitor retargeting ads on LinkedIn and Meta (once pixels are in place)
- Handle lead gen automations - set up LinkedIn workflows, build lists, manage outreach sequences
- Maintain SEO hygiene - fix broken links, optimize partner listings (Bubble, n8n, Clutch)
- Launch experiments - landing page variants, ad creative tests, side product lead magnets
- You don’t need to know every tool or have worked on all these channels - just be comfortable picking things up fast.
What you’ll own
Each month, you’ll deliver:
- Growth reporting: traffic, rankings, leads, ad spend, calls booked
- Consistent content flow: product → post → case study → visibility → leads
- Clean SEO: no broken links, no missed keyword opportunities
- Optimized partner listings: Bubble, n8n, Clutch - current and high-performing
- Side product launches: calculators, audits, AI diagnostics lead magnets
- Experiment logs: new channels, creative tests, landing page variants with results
You’ll be great if…
- You’re consistent, detail-oriented, and love ticking things off
- You’ve used GA, Ahrefs, Search Console, and maybe Framer, Webflow, or ad tools
- You’re comfortable setting up paid campaigns and tracking pixels
- You can write clearly and make data feel like a story
- You care about growth and brand tone - not just one or the other
- You’re curious and scrappy - when something underperforms, you dig in and test
Role details
- Time: 40 hours/week
- Location: Remote
- Rate: $3.5-5K/month
