Zodiac Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior UX Designer with 4-6 years of experience in user experience design, focusing on UX flows, content strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires expertise in Figma and the ability to work with content design systems, style guides, and SEO tools.
The ideal candidate will:
- drive content alignment with brand standards and create cohesive user experiences across multiple platforms.
- be very familiar with working with a content design system, style guides and search engine optimization tools to create/align content to standards, tone, etc.
- have a history of working cross-functionally with business, design, legal, compliance and technology stakeholders to identify business problems, provide content opportunities, present project-level content strategy solutions, and drive for cohesive and compliant content across platforms.
Position: Senior User Experience (UX) Designer
Location: San Antonio, Texas
Qualification: B-Tech
Key Responsibilities:
- Wireframing & Design: Create and iterate on wireframes using Figma. Share designs with stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
- User Testing: Conduct user testing to ensure outputs meet specified requirements.
- Persona Development: Understand user needs, create personas, and define product interaction scenarios.
- Product Evaluation: Conduct heuristic evaluations and competitor analysis, and use customer feedback to improve designs.
- Content Validation: Review and validate wireframes based on user research and feedback provided by UXD juniors.
Qualifications:
- Primary Skill: Business Productivity – User Experience Design (Figma)
- Strong understanding of content design systems, style guides, and SEO tools.
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
