What we’re looking for

Not a social media manager. Not a brand strategist. We want someone who lives on Twitter/X — the kind of person who:

• Spots trends and cultural shifts before they peak
• Writes sharp, funny, or insightful tweets in real time
• Is already part of the builder/AI conversation online

Formal experience isn’t required. Proof that you’re great at Twitter is. Show us your own account, or ones you’ve ghostwritten for.

What you’ll do

• Help give Notion a daily pulse — replies, quips, trend participation
• Find post-worthy moments inside Notion (Slack threads, screenshots, dev jokes) and turn them into tweets
• Draft and ghostwrite posts for staff + affiliates in builder/AI spaces
• Help us jump into timely convos so Notion feels present in the feed, not just on launch days

What success looks like

• @NotionHQ feels alive every day, not just at launches
• Our voice shows up in the right conversations across tech and AI Twitter
• Affiliates and leaders look louder + sharper with your help
• We’re part of the zeitgeist, not chasing it

Details

• 2–3 month contract to start
• 20–30 hrs/week (can be alongside another job or freelancing)
• Remote
