Role Description

The Technology Content Writer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The Technology Content Writer will research and write clear, engaging, and technically accurate content for digital platforms, including articles, LinkedIn posts, website copy, thought-leadership pieces, and short-form content tailored to different audiences. This role involves translating complex technology topics into accessible narratives, collaborating with branding strategists and designers to align content with personal brand goals, and optimizing content for digital performance. The Technology Content Writer will also support content planning, maintain editorial calendars, and ensure consistent tone, messaging, and quality across all deliverables.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong technology-focused writing and web content creation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Candidates should possess skills in content strategy and basic digital marketing practices, including audience understanding, platform-specific optimization (especially LinkedIn), and brand positioning.
• Candidates should possess strong research and analytical skills to gather insights from industry trends, technology news, and client inputs, and convert them into relevant content.
• Candidates should possess editing and proofreading skills to ensure content is error-free, concise, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Computer Science, or a related field, along with familiarity with tech and startup ecosystems.
• Additional beneficial skills include understanding of SEO fundamentals, ability to work with content calendars and collaboration tools, strong interpersonal communication, and prior experience in personal branding or B2B tech content.
