A typical day could include updating existing content to reflect new features or known issues, meeting with stakeholders to extract knowledge of engineering products or systems, and crafting the set of topics required for a new product launch.
The ideal candidate has written technical documentation manuals for end-user products in the past, has worked directly with engineering teams, and is well-versed in managing multiple projects to support high-quality, just-in-time knowledge sharing.
