TECHNICAL WRITER
We’re looking for a proactive Technical Writer who enjoys creating optimized content, learning new tools, and helping grow products used by customers around the world. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to develop strong SEO and content marketing skills—from keyword research and blog writing to content optimization and performance tracking.

You will work closely with our marketing and product teams to produce high-quality, search-driven content that increases visibility, drives organic traffic, and supports customer acquisition.

Position: Technical Writer
Employment type: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Rotational (Philippine Time)
Location: Remote / Work-from-home.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Write clear, step-by-step tutorials, how-to guides, and product documentation.
-Translate technical processes into simple, easy-to-follow instructions.
-Create content that helps users understand and use product features effectively.
-Conduct research and gather appropriate information from relevant sources
-Update existing documentation to reflect product changes and improvements.
-Apply basic SEO best practices
-Collaborate with multiple teams to gather accurate information.

Nice to Have
-Experience with Canva, social media tools, or content creation
-Basic knowledge of SEO or digital marketing
-Experience with SaaS or tech products
-Video editing or design skills
