Nohma was formed after the success of our bestselling book, The Van Conversion Bible, to make off-grid energy simple for everyone. We created a service where we could not only understand a customerβs needs and requirements, carefully calculate and specify their system and supply every component they would need to install it, but also provide a bespoke wiring diagram and installation support at no extra cost.
To achieve this, we needed to think differently, by developing clever systems and automating as much of the process as possible. However, we wanted to ensure the very best support was provided throughout the customerβs journey, from enquiry through to system installation. This meant it was important we maintain a human approach, so throughout the process there is always a knowledgeable and friendly team member on hand to explain the available options, highlight considerations, provide updates on delivery, and help with answers and support during the install.
Every van conversion is different, and every electrical system should be too.
Weβre looking for a Technical Content Writer & Marketing Assistant to write content for our website to inform our customers.
You will spend time researching new technologies and writing accessible, informative articles to build Nohmaβs knowledge base and reputation with readers. Day-to-day you will create compelling and informative articles on a number of different topics, from explaining how technologies work to guidance on designing electrical systems. You will also be responsible for Nohmaβs wider marketing admin, such as uploading and maintaining kits and products, ensuring listings are effectively optimised for SEO, and creating social media posts.
