Your role at Dash0

As our first Technical Content Strategist, you will play a crucial role in shaping Dash0's voice and communicating our value to a broad technical audience. You will be responsible for creating compelling and technically accurate content that educates, informs, and inspires our users and the wider community.

What You’ll Do

Drive the Narrative: Own the content lifecycle—from technical blog posts and white papers to webinars and talks that resonate with SREs and Engineers.

Bridge the Gap: Partner with Product and Engineering to translate roadmap features into compelling use cases and value-driven stories.

Fuel Growth: Execute SEO strategies and distribution plans to ensure our technical insights reach the right eyes and convert interest into action.

Educate & Inspire: Create "Aha!" moments for our audience by breaking down OpenTelemetry, APM, and security trends into digestible, engaging formats.

Own the Hub: Manage our documentation and developer portal, ensuring they aren't just accurate, but provide a world-class user experience.

What You Bring

3+ Years of Experience: You’ve built a career in B2B SaaS (Cloud/DevOps/SRE) and have a portfolio that proves you can make "dry" technical topics exciting.

Technical Depth: You aren't afraid of metrics, tracing, or logging. You understand the cloud-native ecosystem and can talk to developers as a peer.

Marketing Instincts: You understand the "Why" behind the content. You know how to optimize for SEO and use content as a lever for lead generation.

Storytelling Skills: Exceptional English writing skills with the ability to switch between a technical deep-dive and a high-level executive summary.
