Social Media Strategist

Draftt is a Bangalore-based content and brand studio. We help B2B teams sharpen their brand narrative and create flagship content their audience remembers. Our work spans original research reports, sharp editorials and newsletters, website messaging, and virtual events. Our clients include notable B2B brands backed by marquee investors including Clueso, Toddle, Skydo, Hiver, Truecaller, and Jetri.

What You'll Be Doing

• Running the socials: Own LinkedIn and Instagram for Draftt and our clients, brand pages and founder thought-leadership accounts alike.
• Interviewing: Build a process for and run interviews with founders, marketing leads, and SMEs to gather the raw material every post starts from.
• Writing: Write the post captions themselves: good hooks, punchy copy that earns the scroll-stop.
• Briefing: Brief designers and videographers on post creatives, videos, and reels with a clear point of view.
• Planning and Publishing: Build content calendars and posting schedules, and hold yourself to them.
• Scouting: Keep a working pulse on what's trending in B2B and on social more broadly.
• Analytics: Track the numbers to shape strategy, and put together quarterly reports for clients.
• AI-pilling: Generate quick creative drafts or sharpen a brief, experimenting with AI tools.

What You Bring

• 3-4 years of running social media for B2B brands or founders, in-house or at an agency.
• A track record of LinkedIn and/or Instagram accounts you've grown or run, brand or founder-led.
• Working knowledge of short-form video, from concept and shot list through to a finished reel.
• Notion muscle memory, or comfort picking up whatever tool we're running calendars in.
• Figma familiarity is a must-have. Bonus for Claude, Descript or Riverside.
