Lumo Wallet is looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Manager to join our growing international team.

We’re seeking a creative, data-driven marketing professional with a proven track record of growing brands, building engaged communities and delivering measurable results across multiple social media platforms.

About the Role
You will develop and execute social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement and lead generation while working closely with management to support our global marketing objectives.
This is a fully remote independent contractor position, allowing you to work from anywhere. The successful candidate will invoice the company monthly for services provided.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute social media strategies.
• Create engaging content across multiple platforms.
• Manage content calendars and campaign planning.
• Grow and engage online communities.
• Monitor trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage paid social campaigns where required.
• Analyse performance and provide reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Stay current with social media trends and best practices.

Minimum Requirements
• Around 3 years’ experience in social or digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing business social media accounts.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok and YouTube.
• Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills
• Paid social advertising.
• Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Short-form video editing.
• SEO and content marketing.
• Experience using AI marketing tools responsibly.
