When I was starting out, the hardest part wasn't the work.

It was getting someone to give me a shot in the first place.

Everyone wanted "3+ years experience" for an entry-level job. It's a stupid catch-22 and I've never forgotten how it felt.

So this is me doing it differently.

If you're organised, curious, genuinely into social and marketing, and you'll turn up ready to learn, I want to hear from you.

Experience is a bonus, not a barrier.

You'll be working across our clients' organic content, weekly and monthly reporting, and helping bring Meta ad creative to life. You'll learn a huge amount, fast.

Warrington based, full-time hybrid

Salary: £23,500-£24,500 DOE
