About The Role
SCOPE OF WORK
- As a full-time Social Media Manager, you’ll be a core member of our creative team supporting client brands. This role is in-office with regular on-site content shoots and client meetings.
- This role will start as a Social Media Manager position with clear opportunities for growth. You’ll be responsible for managing 4–6 client accounts, supporting a mix of marketing strategy, content creation, social media management, etc.
- You’ll independently manage and execute social media strategies, create platform-native content that drives engagement, track and report on performance, and continuously elevate content across a variety of client accounts, with guidance and support from your Marketing Manager as needed.
WHAT WE ARE Looking for
We need someone who has:
- 1-3 years of Social Media Marketing experience
- Strong content creation skills (photo, video, and basic design)
- Experience planning and organizing social media content
- Ability to identify content opportunities tied to campaigns, promotions, and trends
- Understanding of platform best practices and how to optimize content for each channel
- Strong caption writing and communication skills
- Ability to manage content calendars and stay on schedule
- Experience coordinating content shoots and organizing assets
- Confidence working independently while managing multiple client accounts
- Attention to detail to ensure brand consistency and quality
- Ability to review performance and adjust content based on results
