Social Media Manager and Content Strategist

🚀 We’re hiring: Social Media Manager & Content Strategist (LATAM)

This is not your typical social media role!!

We’re partnering with a U.S.-based company on a mission to help young girls (ages 4–11) build confidence, athletic skills, and healthy habits through movement and play 🏃‍♀️💪

They’re growing their content from 0 → 100K+ followers, and we’re looking for someone who can both execute AND think strategically.

🎯 What you’ll be doing:
-Manage and grow content across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok & Facebook
-Turn long-form videos into high-performing reels/shorts
-Engage daily with the community (comments, DMs, etc.)
-Build and execute a content calendar
-Analyze performance + identify what’s working (and what’s not)
-Develop growth strategies tailored to kids/educational content

🧠 What we’re looking for:
-2+ years growing social media accounts (ideally from 0 → growth)
-Strong video editing + content repurposing skills
-Deep understanding of social media algorithms & trends
-Experience with education, kids, parenting, or similar content is a big plus
-Someone who is both hands-on AND strategic
