Social Media Manager

I’m looking for a Social Media Manager to work closely with me.

This is not a “just post and go” role.

You’ll be hands-on with content, execution, and growth.

Key requirements:

🔹️ Strong video clipping/editing experience (short-form is core)
🔹️ You understand content structure; hook, retention, payoff
🔹️ You take ownership, ideas, performance, and outcomes
🔹️You know how to turn raw ideas into content that actually performs
🔹️Speed, consistency, and attention to detail

If you can take a long video and break it into high-performing clips, we should talk.
