We are looking for a proactive individual to assist in managing our Social Media content and accounts. You will work directly with our Head of Marketing & Social Media Lead to increase Chore’s digital footprint and make Chore the go-to place for admin and operational information. Global entrepreneurial excellence is our goal and if no one knows we exist, we cannot achieve that delightful outcome.

We are building a potent content marketing engine posting across multiple platforms like Linkedin, Twitter, YouTube, and other platforms. We post content across various content buckets including but not limited to Founder Brands, Educational Content, Videos, Shorts, Podcasts, etc. The ideal person in this role must be very organized, creative, self-driven, and proactive. You should always be having "OH we should be posting this, or This just happened we can do this to ride that wave". This individual should have perfect written English (US), be creative, and love consuming and creating content.

We are a completely remote team. Hours are flexible although we expect the individual to be online and available until at least noon Pacific time, five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Engage and comment on LinkedIn and Twitter to increase visibility and interactions.
• Create engaging content for all relevant media accounts.
• Social Media Hacking - come up with creative ways to increase impressions, engagement, and ultimately leads.
• Ensure the content aligns with our company voice and persona.
• Monitor trends, analytics, and performance to refine content strategy and increase engagement.
• Keep up to date with best practices and emerging trends on social media platforms.
• Collaborate with our designer to produce various content types such as carousels, static images, videos, etc.

Qualifications

• Flawless written English and grammar
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Competent communication skills and the ability to multi-task
• Ability to communicate creative ideas effectively with editors/designers and other stakeholders
• Experience with writing copy for captions and descriptions for social and digital media
• Experience and comfort using the following are ideal but not paramount: Clickup, Metricool (Social Media Scheduling Tools), and Upwork.
• Self-driven. If you are not going to push yourself, DO NOT APPLY!

We will expect you to show off your witty social media banter and a large following. If you have not built a large personal following on one or more sites, which implies you understand and love social media and content creation, then do not apply. This is a role where you can take your personal passion to the next level.

Compensation

• Compensation varies based on experience and location. Anywhere from USD $750/mo to USD $1,250/mo.
