About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes community, culture, and content. Someone who understands how social platforms move -  what makes people stop scrolling, engage, and share.

You’ll be responsible for driving organic growth, engagement, and virality across Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and LinkedIn, turning every WishWeaver moment into a movement.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage WishWeaver’s social media presence across IG, X, and TikTok.
• Create and curate thumb-stopping content that sparks engagement and emotional connection.
• Develop and execute viral social challenges, card moments, and community-driven campaigns.
• Foster and grow the WishWeaver community -  reply, reshare, celebrate users, and turn creators into champions.
• Track trends, memes, and conversations that align with WishWeaver’s brand story and values.
• Collaborate with product, design, and growth teams to turn user stories into shareable social proof.
• Analyze performance data and adapt strategies to boost reach, engagement, and conversions.

Who You Are

• 2–5 years experience managing social media for a brand or digital community.
• Deep understanding of social engagement psychology and platform algorithms.
• Obsessed with culture — you understand what’s trending, why it’s trending, and how to make it yours.
• Excellent communicator — crisp copy, authentic tone, and emotionally intelligent storytelling.
• Team player who thrives in collaborative, creative environments.
• Community-minded and passionate about human connection.
• Bonus: Experience in product-led growth, user acquisition, or UGC strategy.
