Job Summary
The Abbi Agency is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join the agency's social media team and work across a diverse range of brands. As Social Media Coordinator, you'll help bring client brand voices to life across social platforms, from a train system trying to shift how people think about travel to a business services client that needs to sound smart without sounding stiff. Working closely with the strategy, creative, and accounts teams, you'll help shape content calendars, capture and edit photo and video on the fly, and build platform-native moments that make each brand's story land with the right audience.
You'll need a feel for how the internet moves, enough to catch a trend on its way up rather than after everyone else already has, and an eye for what makes a piece of content actually resonate. While you may be an experienced creator, you are also comfortable adjusting your style to match the brand in front of you. You'll take work from concept through execution, package it for delivery, and take client feedback in stride, adjusting quickly and without ego to get to a stronger final product. Kindness, curiosity, and a collaborative mindset matter as much as skill here, since you'll be leaning on teammates across service lines and expertise and learning from them just as often as you're contributing.
