In this role, you will take completed visual content assets and bring them to life by writing creative scroll stopping copy, managing the scheduling grid flawlessly, tracking basic monthly data, and engaging with our client communities daily. Core Responsibilities:

  • Copywriting: Write clear, on-brand captions, hooks, and headlines based on provided content outlines that embodies the client.
  • Manage Content Calendar & Scheduling: Own the end-to-end publishing pipeline by managing deliverables within our designated content calendar, and flawlessly uploading, formatting, & manually publishing approved video and graphic assets across channels.
  • Community Engagement: Check client feeds daily to engage with core audience & reply to comments/DMs in the client's brand voice.
  • Data Tracking: Log basic monthly metrics (growth, reach, engagement) into our templates.
  • Quality Assurance: Catch typos, bad formatting, or broken links before posts go live.
