about the journey:

the journey is an online program where teens 13-18 learn how to launch a business, gain future-ready skills and find their passions. we’re growing and need your help to build our social media presence on instagram and tiktok.

we’re looking for someone who is fired up about changing the way young people learn and make an impact. someone who knows the ins and outs of social media platforms and how to leverage organic content to build an audience.

what you’ll do:

• strategize, create, plan, and post engaging content for instagram and tiktok.
• record, edit, and design videos featuring yourself, our mentors and students.
• manage the content calendar and analyze performance.
• stay on top of trends to capture the attention of teens and their parents.

who you are:

• 1-2 years of social media experience (internships or personal projects count!).
• you have an eye for design and video editing and love creating trend-worthy content.
• you’re a native with tools like capcut and canva.
• confident recording yourself.
• excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• a creative mindset with the ability to contribute unique ideas.
• ability to adapt, figure things out, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

bonus: basic seo or paid ad experience.
